Synopsis: After the death of his wife, Alex Fong joins the Department of Forensic Psychiatric. He works with his colleague Yoyo Mung to diagnosis and treat patients. In one case, they uncover crimes involving a religious cult and become acquainted with CID sergeant Tavia Yeung. The two departments begin to have a close working relationship. Tavia will often ask for Alex’s help in many complicated cases. Yoyo also looks to Alex for comfort from her relationship problems. In addition, with the support of good friends/colleagues Ram Chiang and Edwin Siu, Alex busily re-establishes his new life. Suddenly, a horrific serial murder case creates troubling waves and Alex discovers that Tavia is somehow implicated in the case…

♥♥♥ ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE SUMMER STORY ♥♥♥
I wasn’t too crazy about this drama when i watched the first episode about the spring love… but since i was bored this weekend, I watched it all… and oh man I am so glad I did… I LOVED the second love story!! The whole summer story just made me feel so warm and happy inside~ I think that’s the most important thing about any show/movie… is the ability to make you just feel something inside.
made me daydream about my perfect mr. right :)

p.s. Sharon (陳敏之) is SO HOT… i seriously have a crush on her! I fell in love with her after I noticed her more in ghetto justice 1 (怒火街頭). I always knew who she was and see her in different small roles, but I think in GJ1 was where she had a chance to show off more of her acting (and her SUPER hot body) in a role that is more memorable. She has been in working in this industry for over 15 years now and I am glad she is finally getting more recognition! <3
TVB Golden Era Couples 十年情侣时装合集
I miss the crazy epic dramas like 創世紀(I+II), 壹號皇庭(I-V), 天地豪情 and 流金歲月! These shows were so much more elaborate and well thought out compare to the ones nowadays. The endings were some what predictable, but they were GOOD predictable and they made sense, making the drama even better! I wish I can rewatch some of these… too bad can’t find any sources of dramas from the late 90s and early 00s :(
I LOVED 羅嘉良 (Gallen Lo) & 陳慧珊 (Flora Chan) back then~ I know I complain about this a lot, but actors/actresses back then were so much better. Everyone could actually act and spoke proper Chinese… even the supporting actors were all top-notch amazing!
金枝慾孽 - War And Beauty (2004)
Just finish rewatching this show. One of my favorite in TVB history. I miss the time when all actors/actresses were actually good at acting. These were quality actors, not just people that TVB want to “push out”. Even the people they use for the servants were brilliant, no body fell short.
黎姿 Gigi is beautiful as always, loved her since I saw her in “young and dangerous”… she will always be “sai sai lup” to me! 佘詩曼 Charmaine is one of my favorite actress that left TVB… 張可頤 Maggie despite of her age was so beautiful, she had very little makeup through out the entire show… 鄧萃雯 Sheren is perfect for her role, the dynamics of her character was insane… never hated and love a character so much!
The end was very sad, but it had a silver-lining that didn’t leave the watcher hanging. You can tell the ending was very well thought out, and the schemes were very clever and detailed~ Nothing playing on TVB nowadays can compare to the complicity and the thoughtfulness! LOVE IT! Totally worth watching and rewatching!

im not too crazy about the ending… but ehh… from what TVB have done in the past.. could of be A LOT worst :P
just finished rewatching 少年四大名捕 (the Four) 2008… I know the story isn’t that great, but I absolutely LOVE the cast :) had all my favorites~~ the for main characters: kenneth ma, ron ng, raymond lam, sammul chan… and of course kate tsui & selena li :D i miss 陳鍵鋒(sammul)… i wish he didnt leave TVB! totally worth spending the whole weekend at home to watch the whole thing… from episode 1-24! =P
this was one of kate’s first drama where she gets to show off her acting skills as a villain~ i think this was the show that made me fall in love with her =]
The Confidant 大太監~ air on November 5th! Are you excited to watch this series? :)

《衝上雲霄》Triumph in the Skies (2003)
everyone seems to be re-watching this on tumblr… i guess to prepare for the epic squeal of 衝上雲霄 II… CAN NO WAIT! this one of the most memorable dramas i have watched, and of course the theme song 歲月如歌 by Eason Chan is close to heart <3 i still remember staying up super late to watch this when i was 14…. i downloaded it during either summer break or winter break… i remember this because I stayed up till 7AM for a few nights straight and watching 5-8 episode a night… and of course rewatched it shortly when it played on local Chinese channel (fairchild)
I am still hesitant of re-watching this again because *Spoiler ALERT - in case you have never watched the first one (which i HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU DO)* I remember the sad death of Bell’s husband near the end, and then she went crazy… that whole part made me so depressed… i remember crying and getting super sad… I am the type of person that doesn’t like to handle sad stories (hence that’s why all my all time fav dramas are cute romantic comedies)… sad stories that are close to home or “real life” is too real? if that makes sense…(so dramas that takes place in a different era doesn’t count) in 2003, i was only 14 years old… maybe it wouldn’t be too bad now?
This show contained so many of my favorite actors~ including 陳慧珊 Flora San, 吳卓羲 Ron Ng, 陳鍵鋒 Sammul Chan, 黃宗澤 Bosco Wong, 馬國明 Kenneth Ma… etc etc… :) I miss 陳鍵鋒so much.. he was one of my all time favorites before he left TVB.. :(
OH and big thing was, this was the show that made me hate 胡杏兒 myolie… because of the annoying roles she always play… but i slowly started to change my mind about her as she did played different roles over the years, and eventually loved her in 怒火街頭 :) (i also hated 葉璇.. but thats a whole other story) OKAY anyway… off topic!
I am most likely going to rewatch this sometime in the next month or two when i get the time… so maybe will update about that later on :)

Re-watching 絕代商驕 (You’re Hired) TVB 2009
This is one of my favorite drama of all time :) i love this kind of un-sloppy and witty humor… they use a lot of business terms due to the nature of the show, so i get to learn the Chinese terms for the theories i learned during my BBA.. which is kind of cool xD 佘詩曼 and 黃子華 were the PERFECT choice for the roles in this show… and they had super cute arguments through out the show and eventually a “different” type of love story (different good! like heart warming, but still silly and cute at the same time)~~ it’s easy to watch, its funny, and the story is fresh/interesting… love it :)
p.s. i miss shows with 佘詩曼 :(
