King Maker - 造王者 (TVB)

I thought this was a pretty good show… not sure why no one seems like be watching it…. probably because no pretty stars in it? I admit it, when i first saw 鄭則士 (the weird fat guy that talks funny), I wasn’t too exciting… and i didn’t really care for 黎耀祥 too much (his acting is too dramatic sometimes)… I started watching after 5 episode in because i just got soooo bored one day… but it turned out to be pretty good. I am a bit bias because I lOVE LOVE LOVE these type of dramas (love the whole 古裝恩仇 stuff… basically anything in ancient china, doesn’t matter what type: kung fu / wars / changing of dynasty / concubines / magic)

I gave it a shot partly because 敖嘉年 was in it too :) he got SUPER cute after he stopped acting in those “lazy/spoiled rich boy” roles! and 田蕊妮 playing 嚴三娘 was pretty awesome too… i always liked her, and the “love story” she had with 黎耀祥 was so touching… and *spoiler alert* did TVB have to kill her off? so disappointed when she died!

The story was pretty good, i don’t like how TVB always spell out every little details in a scheme nowadays… as if the viewers are all retarded and cannot follow the plan… but oh well~ also, 姚子羚 was annoying and played her “evil side” waYYYYYY over the top… but definetely didn’t bug me as much as 鄭則士(ya, the fat guy)… SO ANNOYING… i hate the way he acts! just everything he does i hate, the way he talks, the way he stands, the way he try to show that he is “evil” or when he is “angry”… ughh… if it was someone else that played that character, would of made it 38214219x better!

I haven’t watched the ending yet, so will do that now…hopefully i wont be too disappointed… since TVB has been killing all their endings for the past few dramas… =(
